Brent, as I understand it his body was reinterred at or near Smithville, Lawrence County, Arkansas. If that's so, then the grave is unmarked, because I once did an online search and the only McAlexander grave I found in Lawrence County was that of Zachariah P. Alexander's young son, who died in 1869 and was interred in the Smithville Cemetery.
