21st Arkansas Militia and 36th Arkansas Infantry

I have found the following on internet postings:

Duckworth, George H - Private- 21st Regiment Arkansas Militia

Kirkpatrick, Alfred T (J) - Private - 21st Regiment Arkansas Militia

Kirkpatrick, Crawford W - Private -21st Regiment Arkansas Militia

Both Kirkpatricks also served in Company A, 36th Arkansas Infantry. Enlistment date for both Kirkpatricks is shown as 24 June 1862 at Springfield, Arkansas. (Census information leads me to believe they are brothers.)

Crawford Walker Kirkpatrick was my husband's great-great-grandmother's first husband. Her name was Delphinia/Delphina/Delvina Lamb (1845-1915) of White County Ark. She married him when she was 15 years old and their son, Crawford Walker Kirkpatrick, Jr. was born 2 May 1862.

Crawford Walker Kirkpatrick (Sr) died 10 October 1862 of "cronic diarrhea," and is buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St Louis, MO. His widow married Russell Price (1821-1876) in 1866. She married George Harris Duckworth (1819-1889) in 1877. Would this be the same George Duckworth who served in the 21st Arkansas Militia with her first husband? He would have been over 40 at the time of the war, so maybe Delphina married the father of Private Duckworth.

Is there a record for George H Duckworth that gives his birth date or approximate age?

Thank you for any information.

Debbie
