Right after Jenkins Ferry and the march south into Louisiana in persuit of Banks. Churchill`s Brigade camped at Camp Grinstead east of Mt. Holly in May of 1864. I know in August of 1864 The Missiourians took off with Gen.Price on the "Great Expedition" and most of the Arkansas Troops remained in Camp Grinstead. My GG-Grandfather was one of them as he was with the 33rd Arkansas. So its quite possible those buried in Mt. Holly Cemetery were from Camp Grinstead. According to the OR`s there were only 88 wounded and 13 dead Confederate. I`m not sure how many of them would have been from Tandy Walker`s Choctaw`s but in IMAO they would have went west back to Washinton, not south.
