Mark, I glanced through my 35th Arkansas files, and I don't see anyone else with those initials.

There is a biographical sketch of David Walker Moore in Goodspeed's 1889 History of Crawford County. Also, he had previously served as a sergeant-major in the Arkansas State Troops, and fought at Wilson's Creek, prior to joining the Provisional Army of the Confederate States.
