It should read Co. F, 36th Arkansas Infantry.

There were two men named S. W. Kennemer (Kenimer, Kennemore, Kemermer) from Conway County whose records seem to have been intermixed in both the 36th and 21st Arkansas Regiments -- Silas W. and Samuel W. -- both of whom moved to Alabama after the war.

Silas Wilaby Kennemer [1831-1890] is buried in Madison County, Alabama. Samuel W. Kennemer [1845-1920] is buried in Jackson County, Alabama.

Somewhere along the line, someone ordered VA tombstones and erroneously mixed up the service of the two men. As best as I can make out, Silas W. served in the 21st Arkansas, and Samuel W. served in the 36th Arkansas.
