For Company B which was from Saline County, I believe almost all were officially enlisted on March 1-13, 1862 at Little Rock. This company was originally Co I Turnbull's BN which I think became 11th Ark Inf Bn before the 30th/25th. So I would say that this unit was probably in response to the conscription act that was about to be officially initiated and these men were the next wave of "volunteers" to keep from being drafted. I don't have any documentation on that but the evidence just seems to point that way. I can't speak for the other companies though, Company C seems to have enrolled late Feb.
