Can anyone tell me "what" happened in Bradley County, Arkansas approximately 27th & 28th of Jan 1865? Some sort of battle or skirmish? There are some listings of soldiers, contributed by Bryan R Howerton and perhaps others to the Edward G Gerdes Civil War website, whom were reportedly captured on January 27- 28, 1865 in Bradley County, Ark.

According to individual soldier listings on Mr Gerdes' website, captured men served various capacities, such as:
