ON the GErdes site for Co E 1st Arkansas is listed a William Pipkins, shot through the bowels left center 6 April 1862. There is no CSR for him at Fold3...can you tell me where that info came from? I know he was wounded and died but I need to find some official documentation of his service if it is out there. Any ideas?
