I will have to check for exact date for 11th, Most men enlisted July 9 or 13th at Benton with exception of a couple of companies. However, I have not located an exact date yet. I know the field officers rec'd their official rank in the P.A.C.S. August 8 1861 at Memphis....so I am thinking it would be in August once they arrived in Memphis. I am unaware of any official CSA officers being in Little Rock to do this and Memphis would have been the first location where that would have occurred.
