No I don't mind at all. Guess over the years the mention of McBride kinda got mixed up. He probably told folks he enlisted when McBride came down. Later the 27th was under a Missourian COL Shaler and the Arkansas men just hated him with a passion. He even made them carry a Missouri flag for a while as their regimental flag. But he was removed (probably good for him as he probably would have been shot by his own at the first battle) and replaced. Glad to help.
