Jim I now have two 8 pounders one from culp's hill and on from the old spanish fort in alabama. They were checked out and said to be from the Agusta foundry, Agusta Georgia. I was told that Agusta had bored out some old 6 pounders to 4 inches. The 4 pounders were used in the civil war by the confederates. Mine is marked Cold Harber confederate 393c. It came from and old museum along with the 8 pounder marked culps hill. That is all I have been able to find out. Larry
