Hi-

I'm wondering what is considered to be the definitive reference work to ACW small arms? I'm primarily interested in shoulder arms. I like Coates & Thomas' intro work, but am looking for something more inclusive and detailed expanding on that sort of format. I'm very interested in the estimated numbers produced, location of manufacture, as well as what units are known to have used them and when.
