I believe the book was being published by the outfit at Gettysburg (they also publish a number of useful, popular short titles), that's why it was still to be found there a year or so ago. However, according to what I've found so far, they are now out of copies and are not planning another publishing run. That info came from Clayton who IIRC said he had indeed checked with the publisher to determine if it was available.

Like I said, I've got a used copy on the way.
