The Arms & Equipment in the Civil War Message Board

Colt 1860 Army Pistol,Original

Hello, I would like any info. I can find on My Colt 1860 Army Pistol. Such as Year Made, who it was sold to, what Civil War Unit Etc.
My Colt has Military Inspectors Marks on The Grips,They are a little hard to make out.This is a Three screw frame,cut for a shoulder stock.Letter H. stamped near trigger guard.Serial number 45056, all matching.Barrel stamped Address col.saml.colt new - york u.s. America .
Eight inch barrel. 40% original Blue, 20% case harding.
90% clinder Scene.
ANY info would be greatrly Appreciated.
