The 128th Pennsylvania lost both of their flags at Chancellorsville, the regiment surrendered in mass. They were a nine-month regiment and Chancellorsville was their last battle. The 7th North Carolina (Lane's Brigade) captured the flags.

The 46th Pennsylvania was on the list of "Identified Union Colors Recaptured", both regiments were in the same brigade at Chancellorsville (Knipe's). I do believe that the 5th Connecticut might have lost a flag or something as well. Colonel Packard was captured, a possibility on flags lost. 5th Conn was in the same brigade along with the 28th New York.

Well so far, two Union regiments from the 12th Corps lost flags at Chancellorsville. I am positive there are several more.
