You are mistaken in your understanding how flags are tested. TPA did not send flags to a lab. The flags condition is documented, samples are taken and documented and then sent to the lab. The microscopic examination is done by me, just as Fonda did hers. Microscopic examination merely requires a microscope and knowing what and where to look for fade lines, fold lines, old stitch lines, foreign material etc....
