It's my understanding that no 150th Committee has been formed at the national level (not a pc subject as it is subject to controversy). Many of the individual states have formed committees to organize events with Virginia in the front. They apparently started early in organizing and have "soldiered on". I believe I read that South Carolina has had funding cuts due to the economy. Most of the states are doing nothing while others are doing the best they can will little funding. Tom Belton
