That is a great find, I did not know about the 2nd New York and several others on that list.

What I have so far is:

1) 1st Michigan Infantry Regiment---(Regimental)
2) Griffin's Battery Flag
3) Rickett's Battery Flag
4) Maine flag, captured by 2nd SC
5) I believe the 69th NY Militia lost two flags, but your list proves only one, which was a huge help.
6) Garrison flag at Fairfax Court House
7) Federal Flag at Fairfax
8) Wheat's Battalion---(National Flag)

I don't have my work here with me, but that is what I can think of so far.
