Ken, the flag, as described in the link, was supposively captured by Louisiana troops, the exact regiment escapes me, however, no one can figure out why the flag was sent to Alabama. Either way, the national flag has not been recovered and may have been destroyed.

As for the others, yes, the flags were destroyed as they were not stored in proper conditions thus they were destroyed.
