Well, I am viewing this on a high resolution monitor (I work with graphics & video) so I am seeing the cotton header that has the same tint as the cotton fimbriation and the white wool edge has a dirty-grayish color to it on the three sides. You are right this is not a perfect photograph but I can see the difference between the cotton header and the wool edge.
