Reviewing some data, and recalled this is one of the Johnsons Brigade units that Greg has expertise on.... Seeking to confirm a few things....

Understood that Johnsons Brigade units on their arrival up to Virginia about May 1864 received new Richmond Depot ANV flag issue, along with new uniforms and such also.... Which soon was lost the new flag at Drewrys Bluff on May 16th.... they apparently went back to using their previous AOT Hardee pattern flag... most/all? of those being also taken at Weldon RR on Aug 22nd... I have this indicated for the 44th Tenn... but wasn't completely sure if same reflected the 17/23rd Tenn also....
