Thank you for the update information. I turned everything over to Senator Elizabeth Dole's office to see about pursuing ebay and the sellers on ebay for numerous fraudulent practices.

They advised they may request a congressional hearing on ebay fraud being committed by numerous sellers and the failure of law enforcement to intervene.

Mr. Biggs and other have advised 99.9% of civil war relics listed on ebay are fraud/fakes and are tired of ebay ignoring their input.

I hope to have enough information for federal officials to go after and prosecute these criminals on ebay, antiques markets, shows, and stores. Many of these sellers work with one another and they sell in several states. They know law enforcement will do nothing and they just laugh at the legal system. The FBI can go after them but they told me only if you have lost big bucks, they do no care about the little person, but all these little fraud activities add up to millions of dollars.
