There actually were at least two distinct Arkansas infantry regiments designated as the 19th. Dockery's regiment was surrendered at Vicksburg and, following parole, served the remainder of the war in the Trans-Mississippi West as part of Fagan's Cavalry Division. Dawson's 19th Arkansas Infantry was part of Hardee's Corps of the Army of Tennessee, and was eventually consolidated with the 8th Arkansas Infantry. I think it is this regiment, not Dockery's, which shares the Hardee-pattern battle flag with the 8th Arkansas. I too would like to know what Dockery's 19th Arkansas Infantry flag looked like.
