My g-g-randfather, James Green, was in the 3rd Btn.MS Infantry( State Troops), Co. H&B, & his son, Thaddeus Green,served in the 9th MS Cavalry. Co. C- Miller's Regiment. I have been wondering if either unit had flags . I have searched every available website and link, but haven't come up with any answer so far. Any help that anyone might be able to give me will be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the Old Capitol Civil War collection is not accessible at this time, due to damage to the damage from Katrina, so I assume that Ron Meyer ,the curator, would not be able to answer my inquiry.
