I had that requistion as I went through all of the GA CSRs some years ago.

It should indeed be for a replacement flag for the Second Bunting that rests in the museum in Jacksonville. I forget what officer had the flag but perhaps he sent it home or resigned and took it with him hence the need for the new flag.

Wish the second flagw as around!
