Yes, I have a copy. There is one in the Milton Letterbooks at the State Archives in Tallahassee and another in the Official Records Set. The second, administrative order explaining how the units were to be formed, I found at the archives along with some of his letters reporting on the progress in raising the home guard units.

I am in Pensacola today for a book signing, but I'll be back home tonight and will look them up for you.
