I spent a few hours checking our sources at the Gen. Library and couldn't find anything on him. I wondered if he may have been one who was 'on the line' and the notices or other information is in an Alabama file. We see that a lot. Front door is in Florida, Back door is in Alabama. Hubby's had some ancestors with that problem.
