I have several references that state they are different, including other researchers. Granted they are all within 3 miles of each other. I belive Hawkinsville is a mile further North from Crow's Bluff, named after T.E. Crow. The postal records for Hawkinsville also are different as both existed briefly.
Maybe Jim Robinson could set us straight but I used his reference in an article in "reflections" magaizinze 6 years ago and he also seemed to agree with me.... google the names and found several other confusing references that showed they were the same and also a few miles apart....?
