Thoroughly enjoyed the book! Love a book that is not only interesting but writing that flows...this is both and more. Not being in any way knowledgable on WBTS can`t speak to that aspect, but found myself subscribing to your "gene" theory and in agreement with so many of your other ideas. DEFINITYLY not a dry historical tomb...wish it was longer! As to your being a "redneck".....my personal definition has always included 'racist' and you do not appear to be that...I grew-up surrounded by REDNECKS...lots of folks I dearly love are!
