I am looking for information on Captain (or Major) Tom Polk Edmondson (or Edmundson). He was leader of a company of the 3rd Confederate Cavalry in Murray and Whitfield Counties. I know there were a few letters about him published in the Atlanta Constitution in 1880 or 1881, but looking for his activities from 1863 till April, 1865 when he was killed in a skirmish along the Conasauga River. Any help will be greatly appreciated. A picture of Edmondson or a member of his company would be a cause for rejoicing. Zack Waters
