Dear Mr Hodge

I ordered records but only got one muster showing Sept & Oct 1863. Shows he was mustered in 8/5/1863 at Decatur, Ga by "Enrolling Officer" for 3 yrs or war as a private in Co. G 39th Ga. The only other record is a register showing his death 1/29/1864 at Kingston Hospital Ga. It only shows that he was a Pvt in Co G of 39th but gives the name of attending surgeon as M E (unintelligible) Suiasmury? I only have family history that says after being mortally wounded, he was removed to Kingston and that he was apparently close to his home. Thank you for your efforts.
