Also there is Kennesaw National battlefiels Park just outside Marietta. It has a museum and then a few mile from there is the city of Kennesaw and it has a museum with one of the trains from the great train chase. Right across the street is Dent Myers store if its still there where you can buy old relics from the war. Then you can go to the Marietta square and they have a museum there also. Then you can go to the confederate cemetary off the square and also visit the conferance center where the GMI used to be.
