no. i found a website that stated such information on him. i will tell you all that i know on him. he was born approximately 1845 and enlisted in the 26th ga on aug. 15, 1861 at trader's hill in charlton county, ga with his two brothers. he was given a surgeon certificate of disability discharge on dec. 2, 1861. i am trying to find or confirm what the website stated. i can no longer find the site. it also stated that he was detailed as a shoemaker and died at the soldiers home on feb. 17, 1917. i apologize for taking so long to write back. i had a stroke and heart surgery. funny thing is...i am only 28.thanks for all your help. i really appreciate it.
