i have another pension paper filed in 1902 for the same H.Z. Day and the ordinary was again John P Webb with the same birth year and also in Gwinnett County Ga. I cannot locate at the moment but the paper i did see stated they surrendered if i remember correctly in South Carolina ....unreadable..?????ville. The Georgia archive has shut down and this is where the papers were located. Thanks for any help you may be able to dig up on this. I will also keep digging .
