I have copies of Muster Rolls, Registration with the Invalid Corp, Inspection Reports, etc, most of which came from Fold3, on William C Clouse, my gr great grandfather. I have some information of James KP Clouse that came from Ancestry, including Muster Roll and POW Status. I don't have as much on James, but you did just answer a question about those pesky misddle initials. On most census records as a child or adult he was only James P Clouse except for the Service records. I was beginning to think I would never find out what his middle name was. I just wish my father had asked more questions of the old timer before they all passed on. I am trying to make sure my children and grandchildren will know the people the descend from for no matter what side they fought on for they were all brave people who stood tall for their beliefs and should be rightly honored for that bravery.
