The library e-mailed the article this afternoon. It didn't include the list of names, but since you already pulled out the names and units of the soldiers from Georgia, I should be good to go.

Here's a quotation:
At noon nearly all of the soldiers of both the Union and Confederate persuasion called at the office of Deputy Warden Dawson and were registered. There were a few who did not care to participate in the affair, because they did not want to confess to their real names or to give the regiments and companies to which they belonged, so their real names could be found out. One old captain calmly peeled potatoes all afternoon in the kitchen department, refusing to mingle with the others for this reason, it is presumed.

So as to your wondering how many soldiers were imprisoned, this would make it seem difficult to get a good handle on a number.
