Please contact me if you can provide any of the following:
1. Unit strengths for any time during the period from June 12, 1864 – April 9, 1865 located in regimental histories, newspapers, etc.
2. Consolidated Morning Reports and Muster Rolls for any time during the period from June 12, 1864 – April 9, 1865 located in regimental histories, newspapers, etc.
3. The weapons the unit was armed with at any point during this time.
4. Diary entries and letters from/about this unit and at least partially pertaining to the Siege of Petersburg
5. The commanders of the unit from June 1864-April 1865. In a lot of cases it is not all that well documented who commanded a regiment from the beginning to end of the Petersburg Campaign.
6. Images of commanders of the unit or men whose diary entries and letters you have.
7. Newspaper articles from the Civil War era until today which focus on the unit and its role in the Siege of Petersburg
8. The original sources for as much of the information above as possible
9. Anything else you might have pertaining to the Siege of Petersburg

In return for any information which I can use on my web site, I’ll gladly link back to any Civil War related site you wish from the unit’s home page at Beyond the Crater.

My goal with all of this is to put together the most complete Siege of Petersburg web site out there. Thank you for your time in reading this post and responding to my request if you have some of the materials listed above. If you have any suggestions about other items I could use to make my web site better, I would be happy to take those into consideration.
