Thank you for your reply. I'm glad you bring this up. My lists of the various states' units is missing all Second Corps units which went with Early to Lynchburg and on to the Valley in 1864. The reason for this is that I'm focusing on the early offensives first, and once I get through Offensives 1-6 (I'm starting on Offensive 6 right now), then I'll add the Second Corps units. I haven't looked in detail yet, but my issue is that many of these regiments had been decimated in the Valley, and I know in some cases several regiments operated in the field as one unit. My issue is going to be identifying those cases and creating only one "unit page" for multiple units. I have many of the Confederate Inspection reports for this period, but I have to go through the hundreds of images from those microfilm reels (NARA M935 Reels 10-15 at least) to figure things out. This also reminds me that I need to email Scott Patchan and see if he can also point me in the right direction.
