Gregory,He is Andrew Jackson Bowen born ca:819 Al. In 1860 he was living in the Chipola Beat of Henry County Al.That would be just across the river from Early County Ga. If I'm not mistaken.I find a Andrew J. Bowen on a Georgia site.
