The infor match's the account of what I have,he did serve under Ben McCulloch's ,and was a scout for a year and
ahalf,he was of the Chickasaw-Choctaw Regt. it was 1863 when he was elected Captian Provost Marshal for Gen Hineman
as this is later, he joined in 1861 Col Carroll's regiment in Arkansas,so I learned alot from your message. Thanks
