Mr.Pitts,

Once again,Sir, I wanted to apologize for the hateful, irrational, and totally unprofessional reply and the borderline insane tone within in. Severe illness does not excuse such an unprovoked outburst. Sincerely, Sir, I am so sorry for my behavior, and for taking out my frustrations and venting my bitterness for the pain, sickness, and hopelessness on you. These doctors, such as they are, have me in a little better shape, with the radiation burns gone and helping to get me to where I can eat a little more, putting a little weight back on. Every day, the pain is still excruciating, but I'm back good enough to get back to work. But with the help and Blessings of the Almighty, and barring anymore monstrous, unforeseen cluster****, the first several copies of my work on Kirby Smith's (Really Gen.Cleburne's) initial victory in the 1862 KY Campaign-"Blood on the Bluegrass: The Battle of Richmond,Kentucky", should finally be ready for release. Again, Sir, you have my sincerest apologies, and if there is anything at all that I may be able to help you with, please feel free to contact me at infidelgrunt@yahoo.com or contact me through my friend Anthony Hawkins on the Hawkins Historical Publications website, www.ofsavagefury.com. This would probably be the fastest way to contact me, but try the yahoo address first. I very rarely check my michael.gabbard@usarmy.mil account anymore. Again, my deepest apologies, and I hope I can help you with some of your research someday, even with what little knowledge I possess.

In Hopes of Being Your Friend,

Michael J Gabbard
