! We are related. William Milton Patton or "Pap" as my Grandfather called him was living with them when he died in 1911. He was granted a POW medal and a pension from the state of Tennessee. I know other data about him especially his time in Kentucky. His family was from Patton's Ridge N.C. His mother was a Vannoy from Vannoy N.C. both in western N.C. My grandmother Elizabeth Patton was born in eastern Tennessee.
