Does anybody know what happened to Joe Richard who is webmaster for the 28th Louisiana (Thomas') Infantry website? I have tried to contact him several times but the mail keeps getting sent back as "undeliverable". If anybody is in contact with him please let him know I need to get in touch with him regarding the 28th Louisiana.
