I have new information that his name was spelled Bishe. Phillip Bishe was raised at Shilo, Louisiana. Thats in northern Louisiana west of Springhill. A very small town. It is close to the Arkansas state line. He could have joined in Arkansas. Thanks to all of you for your help.
