Henry Marcus Strickland

You guys are so good!!!!!! Heres a good one for you. I have a soldiers application for pension for H. M. Strickland dated Oct. 23, 1911. He states under oath and has witnesses that he enlisted at Liberty Miss. in the 10th La. Cav.,Co. A under the command of Col. Frank Powers and Capt James Ragburn "at the end of the war". He further states he was in Clinton La. at the end of the war. He also says he never took the oath of aligence to the United States. He was declined a pension and passed away before the reply came in. They said he was not listed on the 18th or the 10th rolls. Okey guys lets see what you can find. Thanks for what ya'll do.Ron
