I am Linda Collins from the West Baton Rouge Museum. Like many museums, this year our exhibits and programs are centered on the Civil War. Last month we found a man that looks just like Henry Watkins Allen. He has agreed to come to our summer camp as Colonel Allen, but he needs a uniform. Can you help?!!! We would like to borrow one, or if we have to we can make one, but I need to know all the details on fabric, trim, and “chicken guts”. All info would be helpful.
