Thank you for your response. I ,too, have found this same document. I have talked to someone in the Nashville processing center for all grave markers and was told that the only way to get a proper marker was with a copy of his original enlistment papers or a copy of a muster roll card. There has to be some other way to get him a marker. I am his 6th great granddaughter and therefore should have no problem applying for it - i wonder if this document would do ? Thank for letting me know that there are no muster rolls for this battalion, i was starting to think so..... - T.Broussard
