I am interested in any information on the Missouri Home Guard. Were they volunteer troops? What nationality were they? Where were they from? My gg- grandfather was in the civil war. His C.O. was Captain Bradshaw, Company "G" of the Missouri Home Guard, Osage County Regiment.
