The Missouri in the Civil War Message Board

Dear Mr. Russell,

I wish to thank you again for providing me information about Capt. John R. Cochran back in August. I've incorporated it into one of the appendicies to a novel that my grandfather wrote about Cochran's militia units. (I recently finished editing the novel and writing a number of appendicies for it.) In the same appendix, I've also inserted some information that you and Arnold W. Zimmerman have posted on the message board about the killing of George W. Zimmerman.

In the next week or so, I plan to print a limited number of copies of the novel and appendices, bind them, and give them to relatives for Christmas. Later, it's possible that I might try to have the book published or self-publish it.

Consequently, I wanted to give you the opportunity to see the appendix containing the aforementioned information. If you will send me an email address or mailing address, I'd be happy to forward this information to you.

My email address is: rtrowt@sbcglobal.net and my mailing address is: 450 E. Lockwood, #301, Webster Groves, MO 63119.

Sincerely,

George Williams
