Yes.. But I do believe that the turn over of Quantrills men was token at best.. And with the understanding to meet up in Missouri at a later date as we see Jarrett and numerous others that were turned over back up in Missouri in '64.. I believe that Jarrett was involved in Centralia but, under whose command i could never find.. It certainly was not under Quantrills this time..
